Dan Tuturice, proud father, passes his love of sparking clean autos to son Dan Junior.

D&D’s Unique Detail opened its doors this month in Skippack. D&D stands for Dad and Dan. Dan Tuturice Senior, who has owned 150 vehicles so far in his journey on this earth, passed his love of sparkling clean cars on to his son Dan Junior. Dad now provides guidance, advice and moral support, while Dan Junior, the actual owner of D&D’s Unique Detail, provides the muscle, doing the hard work of making road-weary cars look brand new.
Says Dan Junior, “Dad always insisted his cars be kept perfectly clean. He’d say, ‘Keep your feet on the mats. No fingerprints on the windows.’ He inspired me to follow the trade of the family. Hopefully, one day I will have kids, and they will keep it going, too.”

Fortunately, a young co-worker, Kevin DeFrancesco is there to help, providing muscle as well, not just moral support. Speaking of moral support, the better half of the family (wife, mom, grandmother, sister) have been great supporters of the I Love Skippack blog, giving us lots of “Likes” on Facebook. Hey, we like you back. We look forward to getting to know these wonderful people better.
Prior to finding a permanent home in Skippack, son Dan provided detailing on location. He thanks two local businesses, Greco Materials and Magnum Auto & Truck Inspection, for giving him an opportunity.

Our son and grandson are workers, and they are perfectionists! Making the family prouder of them then we already were! Dan Sr, is a people person, and has instilled in his son (Dan Jr)his qualities and skills, and work ethic. The family is behind them, completely ! That’s what families do, work together. This venture has been a long time coming, and the birth has the family and friends and co-workers so very excited..We are thankful to the Lord, for answering prayers.

My big Brother Has passed his love of cars on to my Nephew. Family and cars is what we are. My brother treats his vehicles with respect and it shows. Passing it on to his son just comes natural. Danny Jr,is showing just what his father has taught him thru the yrs and it shows with the beautiful work he does to make a car look show room clean! Thank you for giving D&D this great opportinity to prove to all that he is going to shine in his new business!

For the love of my son and wanting him to have a better life than I , makes it easy for me to pass on my knowledge. I watched my father when i was young, as i got older he let me learn the right way to take care of my own cars. Each day i spend with Danny showing him different things and watching the out come does my heart good. The love for detailing any vehicle to a Unique sparkling finish has made it’s way to the third generation Danny Jr.. I’m so proud of my son reflecting the knowledge that he has been guided with from his loving father Dan Sr. which was so lucky to have his dad Frank show him. Family is so important for love & support. They are all GREAT men at D&D’s Unique Detail. So happy to be in the GREAT town of Skippack with alot of other GREAT shops & restaurants.
